We provide group fitness classes, as well as personal training sessions so that you can choose the level of attention you need.  

Group fitness classes offer clients the opportunity to exercise in a group of like-minded individuals. The camaraderie propels you forward. All participants are required to complete an online registration form prior to attending the session.

Focus on two competition lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk, 6 week program. (Beginner - Advanced)

Ten week program focusing on overall strength and conditioning, as well as sports specific training. 1 / Week and 2 / Week packages available.

Our individual training sessions allow you to cultivate a target area or prepare for a specific event. All participants are required to complete an online registration form prior to attending the session.
